Shipping and Delivery Policy

How shipments are collected, tracked and delivered.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This policy explains how shipments are handled from registration to delivery, and what you can expect from our tracking information.

Registration

When your shipment is registered you receive an email containing a unique tracking code in the format WSL-2026-XXXXXXXX and a direct link to its tracking page. Newly registered shipments begin with the status “On Hold” while our operations team verifies the details.

Status definitions

  • On Hold — registered and awaiting operational review.
  • Awaiting Documentation — paperwork is missing or incomplete.
  • Awaiting Payment — a documented, unpaid charge must be settled.
  • Processing / Collected — being prepared for collection or collected from the sender.
  • At Sorting Facility / In Transit — moving through the network.
  • Customs Processing — undergoing clearance at a border.
  • Out for Delivery — with the delivery courier.
  • Delivered — delivered to the address on the shipment.
  • Delivery Attempted — nobody was available to receive the shipment.
  • Exception / Returned to Sender / Cancelled — a problem was recorded, the goods are returning, or the shipment was cancelled.

Collection and delivery windows

Collection and delivery windows are agreed with our team when the shipment is booked. If you need to change a delivery address or window, contact us as early as possible with your tracking code.

Delivery attempts

If nobody is available to receive the shipment, the status becomes “Delivery Attempted” and our team will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges for repeat attempts are documented on your invoice before you pay.

Customs

International shipments may be inspected and delayed by customs authorities. Where clearance requires information or payment from you, we will tell you which document or charge is outstanding.

What our tracking does not show

Unless a verified carrier feed is connected for your shipment, the tracking page shows confirmed checkpoints and a clearly labelled schematic route — not a live GPS position. We never display an illustrative animation as though it were real-time data. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
