These terms apply to quotations, bookings and shipments arranged through WideSky Logistics. By booking a shipment you accept them.
Quotations
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information you provide. If the actual weight, dimensions, route or service requirements differ, we will tell you before the shipment proceeds and issue a revised quotation if needed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment details, including contents, weight and dimensions.
- Ensure the goods are lawfully exportable and importable, and supply the required documentation.
- Package goods suitably for transport, including fragile items.
- Do not ship prohibited or restricted items.
Transport and transit times
We arrange carriage through the most suitable mode and routing for your shipment. Any transit time or estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee, and depends on carrier schedules, customs clearance and events outside our control.
Tracking information
Status updates are published when confirmed operational events are recorded. A shipment that is not moving shows the last confirmed status. Illustrative route graphics on the tracking page are visual aids and do not represent a live GPS position.
Charges and payment
Charges are itemised on your invoice. Duties and taxes levied by the destination country are payable by the party designated at booking unless our written quotation states otherwise. Shipments with an outstanding documented charge may be placed on hold, and the reason and amount will be shown to you.
Liability
Liability is limited as permitted by the applicable international conventions and by our written quotation. Where insurance has been documented for a shipment, the insurer’s terms govern the cover. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Claims
Please report loss or damage as soon as it is discovered, with your tracking code and photographs where possible, so we can investigate with the carrier promptly.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to WideSky Logistics’ place of business. Nothing here affects your statutory rights. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
