Frequently asked questions
Tracking, documentation, insurance, pricing and support — answered without invented promises.
Enter the tracking code from your registration email on the Track Your Shipment page. Your code looks like WSL-2026-XXXXXXXX. The page shows the current confirmed status and the full timeline of updates.
A unique tracking code is generated automatically the moment your shipment is registered in our system, and it is emailed to you immediately. You never need to request a code separately.
Newly registered shipments start on hold while our operations team reviews the details, documentation and payment status. Once that check is complete the status changes and you receive an email. A shipment on hold has not yet started moving.
Transit time depends on the route, the transport mode, customs clearance and the service level you choose. We do not publish blanket delivery promises — the estimated delivery date recorded on your shipment is the reference, and we update it if the schedule changes.
Air freight is the fastest option for urgent and high-value cargo. Sea freight is the most economical choice for heavy or bulky consignments, with longer transit times. Road freight covers regional collection, delivery and last-mile distribution. We recommend the most suitable option based on your route, weight and deadline.
Tell us in the quote form or in the additional instructions field. We will confirm suitable packaging, handling and — where a policy genuinely exists for your shipment — insurance. Coverage, exclusions and premiums are always disclosed in writing before you pay.
Insurance is only in place when it has been documented for your specific shipment: you will receive the provider, certificate reference, coverage amount and premium before payment. If no policy has been arranged, your shipment is not insured and we will tell you so plainly.
Commercial invoices, packing lists and any permits or certificates required by the destination country. We confirm the exact list for your route when you book, and your shipment status will show “Awaiting Documentation” if anything is still outstanding.
Pricing depends on the route, weight, dimensions, transport mode and any additional services. Submit a quote request with your shipment details and our team will reply with a written quotation. We do not display invented or indicative prices on this website.
Import duties and destination taxes are set by the destination country and are not part of our freight charge unless explicitly stated in your written quotation and invoice. We will tell you in advance whenever these charges apply.
The status changes to “Delivery Attempted” and our team contacts you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated attempts; these are always documented on your invoice before you pay.
Contact our customer-support team as early as possible with your tracking code. Changes are possible while the shipment has not yet moved beyond a point where they can be applied, and cancellation terms depend on the charges already incurred. Our Shipping & Delivery and Refund policies set out the details.
A status only changes when a confirmed operational update is recorded, so quiet periods — especially during customs clearance or ocean transit — are normal. If you are concerned, contact us with your tracking code and we will check the shipment with the carrier.
We arrange international courier and freight movements on a route-by-route basis. Availability, transit time and any transit points depend on the origin, destination and mode of transport, so we confirm them in your quotation rather than implying blanket worldwide coverage.
